Motivational Auto Post ("the app") is a video creation and publishing tool that uses TikTok's Content Posting API to publish videos to the TikTok account of any creator who connects it. This policy explains what the app accesses, what it stores, how long it keeps it, and how to remove it.
What the app accesses
When a creator connects their TikTok account, the app requests the video.publish
scope through TikTok's own OAuth authorization screen. This permits the app to upload and
publish videos to that creator's TikTok account on their behalf.
The app never sees or handles the creator's TikTok login credentials — authorization happens entirely on TikTok's own login page. The app does not access, collect, or process data belonging to other TikTok users, followers, or accounts beyond the one that explicitly authorized the connection.
What is stored
- OAuth tokens. The access token and refresh token TikTok issues for the connected account, used solely to make publishing API calls on that account's behalf.
- Generated video content. The video files the app produces and publishes.
- Publish-status records. Success or failure, the error reason where applicable, and timestamps — needed to confirm a post completed correctly.
Tokens are stored on infrastructure controlled by the app operator and are not shared with any third party. The app does not use cookies for advertising and does not run third-party analytics or advertising trackers on this website.
How the data is used
Stored data is used only to operate the app's publishing functionality: authenticating to TikTok on the connected account's behalf, uploading generated video, and confirming the result. It is not used to build profiles or for any advertising purpose.
Data sharing
No data accessed or stored by this app is sold, rented, or shared with any third party. Data is transmitted only to TikTok's own API endpoints, as required to publish the content the creator asked to publish.
Data retention and revocation
A creator can revoke the app's access at any time from their TikTok account settings (Settings and privacy › Security & permissions › Manage app permissions), which immediately invalidates the stored tokens for that account. Stored tokens for a disconnected account are deleted.
Publish-status records are retained only as long as needed to operate and troubleshoot the service. To request deletion of all data associated with your account, email the address below from the address associated with that account.
Children's privacy
The app is not directed at children and is not intended for use by anyone below the minimum age required to hold a TikTok account in their jurisdiction.
