Motivational Auto Post ("the app") is a video creation and publishing tool that generates motivational short-form videos and publishes them to TikTok via TikTok's Content Posting API, on behalf of any creator who connects their TikTok account to it. By connecting an account, you agree to these terms.

Use of the app

By connecting a TikTok account to the app, a creator authorizes it to generate and publish video content to that account. The creator remains the owner and publisher of record for all content posted through the app, and is responsible for ensuring that content complies with TikTok's Community Guidelines and Terms of Service.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the app to:

  • Publish content you do not have the rights to publish.
  • Publish content that violates TikTok's Community Guidelines or any applicable law.
  • Publish to an account you do not own or are not authorized to operate.
  • Attempt to circumvent TikTok's rate limits, review systems, or platform restrictions.

Account access

The app only publishes to accounts that have explicitly authorized it through TikTok's own OAuth flow. A creator may revoke this authorization at any time from their TikTok account settings, which immediately stops the app from publishing further content on their behalf.

Availability

The app depends on TikTok's API, which may change, rate-limit, or become unavailable. No guarantee is made about uptime or continuous availability, and the service may be modified or discontinued.

No warranty

The app is provided as-is. The operator does not guarantee that generated content will be free of errors, or that publishing will always succeed, and is not liable for any consequence of content published through the app, including TikTok account actions taken as a result.

Relationship to TikTok

Motivational Auto Post is an independent tool. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by TikTok or ByteDance. "TikTok" is a trademark of its respective owner.

Changes

These terms may be updated from time to time; continued use of the app after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
